Scientists have been warned that their latest experiments may accidently produce monkeys with brains more human than animal.

I know it's immoral and all, but that prospect totally facinates me. It's like lab-induced evolution.

Vat Grown Meat

Paper Says Edible Meat Can be Grown in a Lab on Industrial Scale. And they'd have to "exercise" the meat to get it to a palletable texture. I can see it now, blobs of steak hooked up to electric muscle stimulators, vibrating their way to firmness.
